How do I place an order?
Simply browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed
Are the products you sell original?
Yes, esselectronics.mv only sells Original and Brand New products sourced directly from authorized distributors or manufacturers.
The item I want is out of stock. When will it be available?
Product availability varies. Please join the “Waitlist” on the product page, and we will email you as soon as the item is restocked.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept Bank of Maldives and Maldives Islamic Bank account transfers. Also we accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Maestro cards through BML payment gateway.
Can I make a deposit payment?
Yes, you can pay in full or choose to pay a 50% deposit per item. If you choose the deposit option, the remaining 50% must be paid 48 hours before the delivery date. For more information about deposits click here.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you can track your order from your account or you can click here to track your order. You can also contact us with your order number for an update.
Shipping & Delivery
What is the estimated delivery time (EDD) for an order?
Your order is fulfilled in two phases, and the total Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) is calculated based on both:
Phase 1 (Transit to Us): The time for the supplier to process and ship the item to our local sorting facility, which typically takes 7–21 business days.
Phase 2 (Final Mile Delivery): The time from when the item arrives at our local facility until it is delivered to your address, which typically takes 1–2 business days.
The total EDD (Phase 1 + Phase 2) is calculated and displayed on every product page and again at the checkout page. Please note an order processing time of 1–5 business days is already factored into the EDD.
Do you offer delivery across the Maldives?
Yes, we deliver to all inhabited islands. Estimated delivery time will be shown on product page and at checkout.
When will I receive my order during the day?
Our delivery team makes final delivery attempts between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Saturday through Thursday. We will send you a notification (via call or SMS) on the morning of your delivery with a more precise Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).
How much do I pay for shipping and customs?
Shipping Fees: Any applicable shipping costs are calculated based on the item and your delivery address and are clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
Customs and Duties: You will not be charged any extra fees upon delivery. We handle all import customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.
Returns, Refunds, & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for faulty or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.
How long is the warranty period?
All electronics products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty duration is typically 48 hours from the time of delivery.
