Delivery and Shipping Policy
This policy outlines our delivery process. Products on our website are initially shipped from our global suppliers to our local facility. We then take control of the final mile delivery to your door.
1. Delivery Timeframes
All estimated delivery dates are broken into two phases:

Estimated Delivery Date (EDD): The total EDD (Phase 1 + Phase 2) is calculated and provided for every item on the product page and again at the checkout page. This is our best estimate based on supplier and historical data and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Order Processing: Before Phase 1 begins, the supplier requires an order processing time, which typically takes 1−5 business days. This time is already factored into the EDD.
2. Final Mile Delivery Details (Our Commitment)
Once an item arrives at our local facility, we handle the final delivery directly to you.
Delivery Window: Our delivery team makes all final delivery attempts between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We cannot guarantee a specific time within this window, as our routes are optimized daily.
Delivery Scheduling: You will receive a notification (via call or SMS) on the morning of your delivery with a more precise estimated time of arrival (ETA).
Unsuccessful Delivery: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful we will:
Attempt to contact you by phone, OR leave a notice and re-attempt delivery on the next business day, OR hold the package at our local facility for customer pickup.
3. Tracking Your Order
We aim to provide comprehensive tracking information throughout both phases.
Tracking Number: You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once the supplier initiates shipment (Phase 1).
Tracking Updates: Please allow 2−5 business days for the initial tracking information to update as it enters the carrier system. The tracking will update again once the package arrives at our local facility for the final mile delivery (Phase 2).
Separate Shipments: If you order multiple products, they may ship from different dropshipping suppliers and arrive at your door in separate packages on different dates.
4. Shipping Fees and Customs
Shipping Fees: Any applicable shipping costs are calculated based on the item, its supplier’s location, and your delivery address. These fees are clearly displayed on the checkout page before purchase.
Customs and Duties: For international shipments (from the supplier to us), all import customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees will be handled by us, ensuring a seamless process for you. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.
5. Important Notes
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside of our direct control, such as unforeseen customs delays, inclement weather affecting supplier transit, or other force majeure events.
