Deposit & Order Terms

We want your shopping experience to be smooth and transparent. Please review the following terms before placing your order:

Payment Options

• You can pay in full or choose to pay a 50% deposit (available on selected items).
• Payment details will be clearly shown at checkout.
• If you choose the deposit option, the remaining 50% must be paid within 48 hours of our balance payment notification. Failure to pay the remaining balance within this period may result in the cancellation of your order and forfeiture of the advance deposit. 

Order & Delivery

• Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout.
• We’ll do our best to deliver on or before the quoted date, but please note:
  • We cannot guarantee a specific ship date.
  • Delays may occur due to factors like customs or courier issues.
  • If your item is delayed beyond the estimated date and you prefer not to wait, you may request a refund.

 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No cancellations or exchanges are allowed once an order is placed and paid.
• All orders are considered final and sold.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
